Before starting on the programme I was struggling with knee issues and lacking pace, feeling like I was only ever getting wickets from batting mistakes rather than good bowling (lots of catches in front of square rather than snicking anyone off or bowled/lbw).
I also wanted a better understanding of the mechanics of pace bowling. The programme offered all of this and I've been really pleased with the results.
I've been bowling quicker with much less pain and I have a much better idea of what I'm trying to do with my action to generate more pace/lose less energy through the crease.
I'd really recommend the coaching course, having expert help regarding bowling-focused gym work specific to my personal targets has been really helpful.

Before we started working, I had finished my season and didn’t have any plan for winter but wanted to improve my strength and speed.
The main achievement I have made is playing for Ireland u-19s, overcoming a calf injury I had and just playing pain free.
I would definitely recommend this programme to anyone willing to put in the work to get better. There are clear results so why not.
In the future I hope to go to the next u-19 World Cup, after that I hope to play more 1st team cricket and more representative stuff.
